By joining this team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Establish and drive a strategic and operational HR agenda with focus on workforce planning, team and leadership development, organization and culture, and competence development
  • Follow up and implement actions from the Styring, Organization, Ledelse (SOL) improvement project in close collaboration with the senior HLNG management team, union representatives and safety delegates
  • Challenge, support and advice senior leaders both as part of Hammerfest HLNG management team and on individual basis
  • Identify and drive changes and improvement across the organization
  • Participate in collaboration arenas to ensure compliance, informal discussions and employee involvement in change initiatives and processes
  • Engage in Personnel Emergency response and Business continuity and closely collaborate with employee representatives and safety delegate

  • Solution oriented with ability to drive innovation and improvement
  • Higher education at Bachelor or Master level within Business/Administration/HR or equally. The candidate needs to be fluent in Norwegian, both orally and written

The position is located in Hammerfest, and in accordance with company policy we offer relocation allowances and temporary housing arrangements.
